Summary: Fantastic hotel, the quality of service was phenomenal and the room was terrific. A special word for the breakfast, which is the single best spread that I have ever seen in a hotel.

Summary: Good service and nice experience. I totally agree with the green police which's no bottle water and toiletries in the room. can promote more about re-use of the towel.

Summary: Walking distance to department store, art museums and local eatery. Room is clean and comfortable. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. There’s drinking water machine in each floor (better than bottled water ), no need to buy bottled water from the convenient stores.

Summary: Convenient location but the elevators are slow. The bath towels are quite thin and need to be replaced. Decent breakfast options.

Summary: Informative and useful door services. Room is clean and nicely designed for the family. The sauna is a big plus. It was so relaxing. The morning breakfast is good and above average, but I think still has room for improvement, like the flow of service line, the quality of food preparation, etc

Summary: The building is pretty new and spacious. Buffet lunch is excellent. Staff is very helpful. Walking distance to shopping area. The only drawback is that there is no computer and printer provided.
